How it Works:

  1. Call Tex at 518-235-2323, or email him at dfrazier@texsbbq.com to check the availability of the date you have chosen.

  2. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. Pay your deposit by check or charge.

  3. A contract confirming your date and receipt of your deposit will be sent to you.

  4. Tex’s BBQ has a $600 minimum for all catered parties!

  5. There is a $1 per person charge for any party outside of the Capital District.

  6. Approximately 10 days before your event is scheduled, Tex will contact you with regards to the final number of guests you expect and the menu you wish to serve (no changes can be made at this point!).

  7. Final payment is to be made upon completion of your event unless other arrangements are made with Tex.
